all in one dental facility including general, periodontics, cosmetic, and oral surgery. this location has an amazing front desk staff led by operations manager Keta who i know from her previous tenure at some of their sister offices. she clearly enjoys working in guest service as demonstrated by her warm and welcoming demeanor. she has tremendous product knowledge and can answer any question related to procedures, insurance, costs, and financing. another standout is Clara. she was my first point of contact and made it seamless when making an appointment by phone. she also assisted in getting my info registered online so i can easily book future visits, message my doctor, and view documents. she could not have been friendlier.

Dr. Kang and Lead Assistant Clara are GREAT! I'm really thankful for finding them; they really care for you the whole time. Clara was always making sure that every possible question I had would be answered, and every moment, she made sure I was okay! The treatment went well, and it was a good experience!

I am so happy I found this dentist office, it wasn’t just an appointment, it was an experience! This place is super clean and well kept, I never seen a bunch of people waiting. Instead they’re usually already in their rooms already being worked on or attended to. One thing I love about this place, they’re great on timing. You’re not left in the waiting area forever, instead you are straight to your appointment within minutes (as long as you’re on time - it takes 2). Another great quality is this place offers in house insurance for those who don’t have dental insurance. It helps a lot with the additional price reductions/discounts especially since dental work isn’t cheap. The staff here is amazing and adds icing to the cake. Rain (my favorite weather and now name) was so great and helpful when I needed to reschedule. She was quick with email responses and followed up when there was an earlier availability. Danny was super friendly and funny, I appreciated his sensor of humor which goes a long way. Dr. Wassner was extremely informative and punctual. She explained things about my teeth I wasn’t aware of and provided great advice to ensure longevity for a longer lasting smile. Durrel was missed, he was a nice face to see at this location and was always helpful. Apparently, he is now in the Olney, MD location. The rest of the staff (assistants) were a pleasure to meet. Unfortunately, I forgot their name but this location definitely did a great job on putting the right people together. I look forward to coming back for as long as I have teeth lol. This place is definitely worth the place to have your teeth cleaned and screened.
